[Using the transport service for NUST students, recently started, so room for slack there. Review given knowing that] Despite the fact that the dealings by Aseer (new hire) we courteous and kind, Administration staff was actually rude and disappointing to deal with. Can't shout at the customer and expect them to pay. I understand the company has gotten quite an amount of load incorporating such a huge amounts of students and providing service. Lots of staff and people must have given their best to provide top-notch services to the upcoming students. Much of it can be seen as well with how drivers are tried to be manage and kept, But the sad fact is, I was to be paid some amount (Indrives for days I was not picked in the month of September) (inception of UTS UG services I believe), despite asking for it twice, I still have not been given back that money. The service is nice but I had a run in as well with a very rude driver adamant on leaving kids and actually being happy and showing pride about it. If that despite policy is encouraged by UTS then that is actually shameful, otherwise I just had a bad encounter. I've considered alternate options, and other than baig many other new transport companies offer similar and often better services to students from far off areas. I come from DHA 2, which is quite far away actually. I hope this reaches where it should, so that the issues I have faced may not be faced by upcoming fellow students.
