Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations.
- Prepare invoices & ensure timely payment collection.
- Record receipts, payments and expenses accurately.
- Maintain ledgers and reconcile bank statements.
- Maintain Accounts receivable, Payable and cash flow.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with taxation, audit and financial regulations.
- Coordinate with clients and departments on billing matters.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Masters in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, ERP, and Excel.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Details-oriented and deadline-driven.
