Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Coordinator (Bidding/Tender Assistant), located in Islamabad,
G-8 Markaz. We are looking for a motivated Office Coordinator to manage tender documentation and related office responsibilities. The role includes daily searching for relevant tenders, preparing and organizing tender documents, and ensuring timely submission. The candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing tasks efficiently within deadlines. Presenting company services professionally and maintaining strong communication with customers is an essential part of this role.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily search and monitoring of new tenders
- Preparation, compilation, and submission of tender documents
- Coordination with internal teams for required information
- Professional presentation of company services
- Effective communication with clients and stakeholders
- Ensuring timely completion and management of tasks
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong Phone Etiquette skills and familiarity with handling Office Equipment
- Excellent Customer Service skills to provide support to clients and internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
