Description:
We are seeking an HR Generalist to support our HR department in managing employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and other key HR functions. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about fostering a positive work culture and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

• Support employee performance evaluations and development plans.

• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in an HR or HR-related role.

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
