Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily transport operations ensuring efficient, safety and compliance.
• Manage fleet scheduling, route planning, and driver supervision.
• Source, Evaluate and onboard new rental car vendors to expand our network.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with vendors and corporate clients without any complaint.
• Implement  operational policies to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and LPIs to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Experience in fleet & vendor management, complaint handling, email writing, Microsoft office specifically Microsoft Excel. Experience in transport & logistics operations will be preferred.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
• Knowledge of fleet management systems and compliance regulations
